Celebrate Clayton is an Arts, Music, Crafts and Gardening event for all ages, with mouthwatering
food and a super kid's program. Set in the spectacular North Georgia mountains and
now celebrating our seventh year, Celebrate Clayton is an annual event.
Mission Statement: To invest in the future by sharing the cultural heritage and diversity of our
quaint North Georgia town with music and song, arts and crafts, and food and fellowship with
local residents and visitors. A portion of any profits will be used for local youth educational
opportunities and cultural preservation.
Expectations: Vacationers, visitors and community folk browse and purchase at the exhibitor's
booths, as many other people stop at the food area for fabulous refreshments or lounge in the
shade to enjoy the outstanding variety of entertainment provided.
Eligibility: Celebrate Clayton is open to all Fine Crafters, Artists and Gardeners, 18 years of
age and older. The Celebrate Clayton Open Market Committee is the final authority on eligibility.
Media: Original work in two and three dimensional art and crafts, e.g. all paint media, photography,
wood, metal, fiber, glass, clay and stone will be considered for entry.
(Manufactured
goods, handmade imported items or resale items will not be accepted at this show.)

be sold. Individual gardeners, retail growers and garden clubs will be considered for entry.

10' x 10'. All exhibitors are responsible for securing their booth tents and displays against acts of
nature. Exhibitors are required to be set up and present for the entire time of the event, 10 am
until 5 pm. Failure to comply can result in no invitation to participate in future years.
Awards: Cash awards will be given in several categories. These combined awards total $1500.
Categories are outlined in the acceptance letter.
Logistics: Booth assignments, parking instructions and event schedules will be available at setup
times on both Friday night and Saturday morning. Out-of-town participants will be mailed
detailed directions with local information, including accommodations and restaurants. An acceptance
letter will be sent to all qualified exhibitors within two weeks of entry application receipt.
